Magical Tiny Doors
Find them all for an adventure in Charlevoix all year long!
Charlevoix's Magical Tiny Doors are a creation by Kristi Jenkins, who also sells Tiny Door kits at Elements Gallery in downtown Charlevoix. For more information about this project, view Kristi Jenkins' interview on 9&10 News here.
This effort has been inspired by the Fairy Doors in Ann Arbor as well as some other towns have fairy/tiny doors sprinkled throughout where visitors can pick up a map and seek out the various unique little doors.
Aside from bringing an additional year-round family oriented activity to Charlevoix, it could also serve as a vehicle for getting potential customers/clients into shops/businesses and cross-promoting other businesses that may have existing fairy/elf/gnome activities.
About the artist/creator of the Tiny Doors:
My name is Kristi Jenkins. I live in Ann Arbor and work as a health and well-being researcher at the University of Michigan. My family (2 teenage daughters and husband, Tom) have a house in downtown Charlevoix, where we spend much of our free time. Another thing to know about me is that I love all things fairy! I currently sell Charlevoix specific fairy/elf doors at Elements gallery.
